At the Chislehurst clinic we are dedicated to treating your aches and pains. Whether you're suffering pain from an injury incurred playing sport or exercising or are experiencing aches and pains from a work-related problem or issue, we are here to help.

Our treatments are delivered by Chartered Physiotherapists who offer diagnosis and provide tailored treatment as well as solutions to help manage pain and prevent further injury/problems in the future.

Our Chartered Physiotherapists are all accredited with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and regulated by the Health Care Professions Council.

Already injured or in pain?

If you're reading this because you're suffering from an injury that just hasn't improved with time, make an appointment with the Chislehurst Clinic's physiotherapists for:

  • a full assessment
  • treatment and advice on addressing the cause of your problem
  • advice on managing pain and any mobility issues in the short term
  • advice on preventing a recurrence and/or further problems in the future

Fit to train?

Thinking of starting a new fitness regime? We specialise in posture analysis and can advise on core conditioning. Lack of core strength and incorrect posture are both key contributors to low back pain and gym/sports-based injuries.

What to expect from Physiotherapy

A one-to-one assessment aims to highlight muscle imbalances and postural deficiencies, which could lead to future injury if not addressed early. We work to ensure that you receive the best advice and sport-specific treatment, to improve your performance in the long-term.

Physiotherapy sessions can include manual therapy (soft tissue massage/trigger point release/mobilisations), stretching, strengthening, taping and education/advice depending on your needs.

Your first appointment

Please arrive in good time for your appointment as we like you to complete a short form before the session begins. Ensure you're wearing comfortable clothes that you can move freely in (t-shirt and tracksuit or leggings are perfect), as you may be asked to move through a range of positions.

Your Physiotherapist should be able to advise you on approximately how many further sessions will be required - but obviously, this is subject to change, depending on a range of factors.
