Chill out tips for your feet

Hot, busy day? Here are some tips to help you chill out and keep your feet in great shape:

  • Wash your feet in warm, soapy water
  • Sit with your feet up for 10 mins to boost circulation
  • Circle your feet 10 times in each direction, keeping your leg as still as possible
  • Wriggle your toes, point them, circle your ankles
  • Ask someone to give you a foot massage
